Concierge Wellness

in Boca Raton, FL

Most people we meet in Boca aren’t looking for a quick fix. They’ve already done the rushed appointments and the rotating faces. They’re done with all that. What they actually want is simple: a provider who knows them and shows up ready.
You book once. The same provider shows up every time, prepared, not skimming your chart in the parking lot.

Why Boca patients choose this

Boca runs at a fast clip, and the traditional clinic just doesn’t keep up. The gap here isn’t awareness. People know what they need. It’s getting it without the wait, the runaround, and a different provider each time. Three things tend to win them over.

Continuity beats convenience

When one provider handles your hormones, your weight plan, and your IVs, the decisions build on each other. Each lab result informs the next move. That’s where the real results come from.

Your numbers, not a guess

Hormone and weight programs start with a full lab panel. Every dose after that comes from your actual data, never a generic starting point someone picked off a chart.

Care that comes to you

Home, office, or hotel. Same-day when we can. No waiting room, and definitely no laminated drip menu at a spa counter.

How it works here

Getting started is straightforward, and most Boca patients have a first visit within a few days. Here’s the flow.

01

A real intake

Fill out your history online or over telehealth. Your provider reviews it before you ever meet, so the first conversation starts where it should, not from zero.

02

Lab-informed, always

For hormones and weight loss, we pull a baseline panel before treatment. For IVs, your intake guides the formula. Nothing’s guessed at.

03

We come to you, or you tap in

A mobile visit at your place, or a secure video call from anywhere in Florida. Either way it’s the same provider you already spoke with.

04

We adjust as you go

Dosing and check-ins follow how your body actually responds, not a fixed calendar. And your provider already knows your history, every single time.

Andrea Kessler, NP

Licensed NP Family Care Hormone & Weight Health IV & Peptide Therapy Active in Clinical Research

Andrea is the clinical lead behind the care our Englewood patients receive. A licensed, board-certified nurse practitioner with a family-care background and a foot in clinical research, she sets the protocols our providers follow and reviews what we publish here. Her standard is simple. Care should be accurate, personal, and worth your trust.

As a nurse practitioner, Andrea brings the broad, whole-person training NPs are known for, the kind that spans specialties from primary and family care through hormone health, weight management, and IV and peptide therapy. She also stays active in clinical research, currently taking part in an ongoing clinical trial, so the care our patients get reflects where the evidence is actually heading.

Questions Boca patients ask us

Is there a clinic in Boca I can walk into?
We don’t run a storefront. We come to you, and most patients love that. It’s faster, more private, and there’s no waiting room eating your afternoon.
Oversight, basically. A lot of those spots run without a licensed provider reviewing your case. Here, every plan is built and supervised by a board-certified provider, and labs are part of the hormone and weight programs.
We’re direct-pay. Plenty of patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible care, and we’ll hand you the paperwork if you want to file for reimbursement yourself.
Yes. This is a continuity practice. Your provider learns your history and adjusts from your own data, not a quick chart glance before the visit.
For hormones, GLP-1, and peptides, yes. The plan should sit on your real baseline. Some IV and telehealth visits can start without labs first.
